Wonderland Day Nursery
Wonderland is rooted in strong, secure relationships and a deep respect for childhood.
We believe children thrive when they feel emotionally safe, free to explore, and trusted to grow at their own pace. Through daily outdoor learning, meaningful real life experiences and responsive adults, we nurture confident, resilient and curious children who are prepared not just for school, but for life.
All Year Monday - Friday
9am - 5pm
Our front door opens at 8:00 for children to come in to the cloakroom, find their peg and get ready for a fun filled day. We all love messy child led sensory play, so don't wear your best clothes!
We alternate music and dancing with yoga relaxation as part of our morning routine. This strongly encourages physical development and gross motor skills but also releases endorphins and boosts energy levels as well as so many other developmental benefits.
The rest of the day is child-led, they are able to choose what toys they would like out and all of our structured learning and craft is done when the children are ready and open to it.

Meet Wonderland's Manager
With many years of experience in the childcare industry, I am passionate about providing the highest standard of care for every child. I pride myself on being both professional and empathetic, understanding how important trust and reassurance are when families leave their babies in our care. As a busy mum of five, I truly understand the worries and emotions that come with settling a child into nursery. My vision for Wonderland is to create a calm, warm, nurturing, and safe environment where babies feel secure and valued, enabling them to thrive and develop at their own pace. I am committed to ensuring all staff recognise the importance of strong key person relationships, as these are at the heart of every child’s wellbeing and early learning journey.
